With professors, that are acknowledged on professional and research field and have experience from everyday practice, with modern teaching methods, in proper environment, tutorship and consulting, up to date papers, the students gain all the necessary competences for successful careers.

STRATEGIES:

With our personnel:
To provide current knowledge from entrepreneurship and international business field. We will also include proffesors from abroad, who will provide different views and experiences from different cultural environment to our students. Because the emphasis is on international view of business, we will show our students the meaning of national capital, on the other hand they will also be able to adapt to broader cultural and business environment. To know and to respect the differences is very important for success of international business and for entering international markets. Last but not least, the students will be able to test their knowledge of foreign language.

With appropriate rooms:
We provide appropriate work environment, where students can be creative and can participate in different activities (workshops, performances, projects, debates …) Our rooms enable the students to feel good, because they are big and bright. The students can park right next to the College. Our rooms have all the necessary informational technology, where students can test their gained competences – every lecture room has a projector and computer. Conference sessions are also an option.

With literature:
Our students can borrow most of the obligatory literature in our school library. Professional literature is available in different languages, mainly in English and Slovene. Professors recommend different literature; books and e-books. Our College has an agreement with National and University library, we are also arranging the possibility to access different data bases, such as Emerald Journals, ProQuest European Business, Mergent etc.

With international activities:
The school will participate in international projects, which will enable a relaxed way of working, the relationship between students and professors will be different and more relaxed. The students will gain experience in international environment and they will be aware of different cultural environments. Our ambition is to provide students with the possibility of a professional field trip in foreign environment every year. Erudio Business school will participate in student and professor exchange programme, with schools that are accredited. Our school will participate in projects of European mobility. We will also organize summer school that our students can attend. This school can also be attended by others, who want to gain business competences. The participants will be active and not just passive listeners – the aim of summer school is to represent the products of participants to public.

With encouraging critical thinking:
The whole study process is directed towards activity of the students. The students come to classes prepared, this is the only way they can discuss certain problems and solve them. The emphasis is also on marking student's knowledge, because the focus is on assignments that solve problems and find new innovative solutions. The students are expected to participate actively in the process of education, this is the only way they can gain the competences written in our curriculum. Students learn to work together; in this way they can see their communicational skills and gain experience from team work.

With constant dialogue with environment:
Every organization is inconstant interaction with environment. It is necessary that we acknowledge, direct and encourage it. Erudio Business school will be providing activities that will enable higher business, cultural and social development of surrounding environment, with activities that will research and work with companies.
